Admission at DPS Kollam

Application forms are available online both online and in the admin office. (Incomplete forms will not be accepted) The following documents are to be submitted with the application form:
  1. Two recent passport size (6×4) photographs of the student.
  2. A copy of the Birth Certificate. (In case the child’s name is not there in the Birth Certificate kindly provide an affidavit stating the name of the child)
  3. A copy of the parents and student’s Aadhar card
  4. Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
  5. Certificate required for proficiency in Games/ Co -Curricular/ Outstanding Achievements. (if any)
  6. Copy of marksheets of last annual exams. (Grade 2 above)
  7. The hostel application form has to be filled for a hostel admission.
