Morning assemblies at DPS are a culture which instills moral values and knowledge in the student community. Every class is given a topic and day to perform. An assembly gives the student an opportunity to creatively showcase their talents.
World environment day 2021- Special assembly by Class IX
A special assembly was put up by the students of grade IX students highlighting the importance of ‘Ecosystem Restoration’. Students outlined the facts about the environment. The PowerPoint presentation highlighted the alarming condition of the environment, causes and effects of global warming, extinction of species, etc. A DIY was shown to promote the theme” Recreate, reimagine, restore”. Each activity demonstrated and promoted awareness and the need to preserve and conserve our environment.
Doctor’s day 2021- Special assembly by Class II
No service is greater than service to mankind and the greatest servants on Earth are the Doctors.
Keeping this thought in mind, Class II conducted a special assembly as a tribute to Doctors.
